"I’ve been coming here for ~7 months, by far the best dental care I’ve had. My insurance in the past was garbage so I hadn’t seen a dentist in probably ten-ish years. Dr. Lindsey was fantastic--she helped make a great plan to fill all my cavities and get my teeth healthy again. I had horrible gumline cavities on my two front teeth that embarrassed me to no end, Dr. Lindsey fixed them right up and I can’t believe how much more confident I am in my smile. She is super kind, great bedside manner, and very gentle. All the hygienists are also great and make you as comfortable as possible. Overall amazing care and very very clean."

"I have been here twice now and had excellent experiences both times. The new patient process is pretty quick and painless. They were able to get me in within two weeks for a routine cleaning and x-rays. The cleaning was good. I mentioned that I tend to gag with dental stuff, so they took extra care when placing the films for my x-rays and the tech kept checking on me and going super slow to ensure my comfort. I had a filling that had mostly fallen out. I was able to reschedule a follow up for two days later (they had them sooner, but it didn’t work for my schedule). I asked if I would have to be numbed because I hate the dental shots. She said she was pretty confident she could pop out the old filling and replace it with no to minimal pain and she was right. My tooth hurt the tiniest bit, but I’m pretty sure it was just sensitivity when the cold water blasted it. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with my new filling and no numb, drooly mouth. They also accept children. My friend’s entire family goes and say the dentists are really good with their kids as well. I don’t doubt it. Each room is themed. My cleaning was in the Star Wars room and my filling was in the baseball room. There is plenty for kids (or kids at heart) to look at and be distracted by during dental procedures."

She took her time and explained things thoroughly. I feel comfortable enough during covid to continue to get my regular cleanings as the place is super clean (and was before!)Scheduling and rescheduling if needed has always been very easy. "I am lucky that Martin Dentistry has been my dentist for 10+ years. They saved my teeth and, thus, my overall health. I arrived at my first appointment with significant repair needed. Scary! We (yep, I was involved) created a lengthy treatment plan. My physical and financial comfort directed the project. They explained EVERY procedure and cost and presented alternative options. I asked questions, and they were answered. Not one person in the office ever made me feel ashamed or embarrassed about the state of my dental health or the rate I could afford to address the issues. The Martin Dentistry team's goal was to get me well. Their office offers all of the bells and whistles. The doctors stay very well versed in new technology but are still not afraid to use old-school common sense problem-solving. When I had emergency dental needs, Martin Dentistry has always been there for me. They always have checked-in after significant procedures (and when I say checked in, I mean the Drs. themselves called). I have spent many hours in their dental chair, and everyone has been very kind and patient. I do not often post on Yelp, but my call with the office this afternoon inspired me to sing their praises."

"Dr. Stephanie Martin is a real accomplished dentist who is not only highly educated and skilled, but also very practical as it relates to treatment options. For my 88 yo mother, a new patient, she repaired what we came in for the same day, and scheduled an upcoming visit to repair two teeth newly diagnosed needing restorations. She then put another tooth on "watch" to avoid additional expenses for an 88yo. I felt that so very appropriate considering that tooth may never cause a problem during her lifetime. Very classy...very ethical!! The other two restorations went smoothly as expected, and my mother was quite happy. Next, my son needed a few extractions of his primary teeth to allow for the permanent teeth to erupt as they should. Jack, albeit a bit nervous of the unknown, did just great under the care and expertise of Dr. Stephanie Martin. He is 13yo, and under her care and finesse, was able to have his teeth removed with only local anesthetic. One of the teeth had quite a long root (one generally taken care of by an oral surgeon), however; Dr. Stephanie patiently and effectively removed that tooth without any complications. So nice to avoid a trip to the oral surgeon and so nice to have an amazing dentist taking care of our families dental care. We would highly recommended Dr. Martin and other providers in that practice!"

"I recently moved to Indy and I am in the process of finding all new doctors. Everyone at Martin Dentistry was so nice. I arrived 15 min early to fill out paperwork since I was a new patient and they took me back right on time for my appointment so I barely had to wait once my paperwork was complete! I had to get a filling on my front tooth that had fallen off and I almost happy the original filling fell off because the new one that Dr Martin put on feels 10x better than my old one. I also had a cleaning appointment after the filling. There was a tv on in the room that helped take my mind off all the typical tarter scraping. What a great touch. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone."

I arrived 15 min early to fill out paperwork since I was a new patient and they took me back right on time for my appointment so I barely had to wait once my paperwork was complete! In the past with my other dentist office I always had to wait way beyond my appointment time! Maddie, the gal that did my cleaning, was so pleasant! Sweet as can be and did a great job. Once the doc came in and reviewed everything, he answered any questions I had and explained everything thoroughly to me. Going to the dentist is never a fun thing, but going to Martin dentistry really makes it better! Highly recommend!!!"

My husband and I are both new-ish to Indy and I chose this dentist for us both because of the wonderful reviews here on Yelp! Not to mention, it's right in our Broad Ripple neighborhood. You feel at ease and comfortable right from the start. They have a nice lobby with modern decor, everything is clean yet inviting. The women who work at the desk greet you immediately, the wait is not long and all the hygienists, technicians and the dentists are just superb. The hygienist even laughed at my lame jokes! The final stage of the visit when you speak to the dentist was also just great. In the past, with other dentists, it always seemed to me the dentist was rushing through. I didn't feel this way at all at Martin Dentistry. She was completely calm, friendly and answered all my questions graciously. I know all insurance works differently, but for me, they take care of all the paperwork and such. No pay now and get reimbursed from the insurance company later. That's a huge relief for as I tend to be a paperwork procrastinator. Wonderful team! When our son is ready, this is where we'll take him, too!"

The dental assistant was great and this place has some great dental technology. Then the dentist came in and she was great also. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. During checkout the staff provided me with a financial breakdown of my future visit that displayed the cost, what insurance would cover, and my out of pocket. This is great...all medical offices need to do this."

With locations in Fishers and Broad Ripple they are easy to get to. Dr Stephanie Martin is phenomenal. She is friendly and kind, no nonsense and gives great advice. She is gentle when she works on you and if you need other treatments, not afraid to send you away to someone else. Every hygienist I have ever worked with (most recently Erin) has been kind and efficient. Again, another great experience. Erin is a fabulous hygienist and Dr Stephanie is wonderful"

When I chose to transition my children from a pediatric dentist to the adult side they were integral in keeping my young children happy while doing an unpleasant activity of cleaning their teeth. "First, an important disclosure: my mother was my personal dental hygienist for 35 years. No one else had EVER cleaned my teeth. Then she went and retired. So I had to find a new dentist...and had to PAY for dentistry for the first time in my life! Super scary. Anyway, a coworker recommended Martin Dentistry to me after having a good experience. I was searching for someone and feeling pretty nervous about letting a non family member poke around at my teeth and gums, but I had a wonderful experience! The hygienic was friendly and informative. Very thorough too. Because I was a new patient, she took more X-ray pics that I was used to, and she also took digital pictures. Oh, and she checked to see how much recession there was with my gums and documented it for the future. Like I said, thorough. The dentist came in and was super friendly as well, cracking jokes. Both of them did, actually, and both asked about my mom, which was sweet. They were attentive, good at explaining things, and seemed to really work for my business. I feel he did a great job checking over my oral heath and reviewing my X-rays and teeth. Seems to be very knowledgeable and informative to what he is viewing/doing. Overall, great experience. Would like if they had the newer X-ray machine that goes all around your head verses having to take about 20 slides... ended up having a couple cuts in my mouth from all of these."

Don't bother to bring a book to read in the waiting room, because you'll barely be able to sit down before being called back (seriously, I usually knit everywhere, but at the Drs. Martin, I leave my knitting in the car because I have NEVER been kept waiting more than about a minute-and-a-half). I have friends who had terrible fear of going to the dentist, but thanks to the Martins, they've gotten over their issues. Kindness, gentleness, and competence go a long way! A nice feature for new patients is that you can go to their website to download your "new patient paperwork" and fill it out in advance."
